Jeremiah’s Corner and Little Chefs Pediatrics present Adulting 101, a 4-week hands-on life skills program designed specifically for teens with disabilities who are ready to build independence, confidence, and practical daily living skills in a supportive, inclusive setting.

Program Overview

This engaging program focuses on essential life skills through fun, guided, real-world practice. Teens will explore:

• Cooking simple meals

• Grocery shopping basics

• Laundry and home care

• Organization and personal routines

• Building independence in everyday tasks

Program Details

🗓 Dates: Wednesdays, October 8 – October 29
🕓 Time: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM (1x/week, 1-hour sessions)
💲 Cost: $400 total ($100 per session) 4 Sessions total
